Terms & Conditions

  1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 midnight, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out will be considered subject to availability.
  2. Extra Person Charges: ₹1500 per extra person.
  3. GST/Taxes: GST and other taxes will be charged extra and are applicable as per government directives.
  4. Payment: A 100% advance payment deposit is required at the time of check-in.
  5. Payment Methods: We do not accept personal cheques for payment.
  6. ID Requirement: It is mandatory for all customers and their visitor guests to share their ID cards. Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
  7. Prohibited Items: Smoking, alcohol, gambling, prostitution, contraband goods, and drugs are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
  8. Food Policy: Non-vegetarian and/or pungent food is not allowed in the hotel premises.
  9. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
  10. Visitors: We do not allow visitors to enter guest rooms.
  11. Tariff: Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
  12. Booking Amendments: Amendments or changes to bookings are allowed only up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival. Requests will be considered subject to availability.
  13. Children Policy: Children up to 8 years of age can stay for free. Children above 8 years will be charged at the extra adult rate.
  14. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 15 days prior to the date of arrival are free of charge. After this time, 90% of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  15. Advance Booking: We accept advance bookings only up to 1 month in advance with full tariff payment.
  16. Personal Food and Beverages: Personal food and beverages are not allowed.
  17. Jurisdiction: Disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction.
  18. Management Rights: The management reserves the right to add, alter, or amend any of the above policies, terms, conditions, and rules at any point in time without prior notice.
  19. Compliance: Guests are requested to observe, abide by, conform to, and be bound by all applicable acts, laws, and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
  20. Photography and Videography: Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
  21. Visitor Entry: Visitors’ entry to the guests’ rooms is strictly prohibited. However, in exceptional circumstances, the management may allow a visitor to enter the guest room only after presenting photo identity proof documents and registering at reception, along with the customer’s signed approval.
  22. Damage Liability: Guests will be held responsible for any damage done to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, or property by themselves, their visitors, or any other person for whom they are responsible. Guests must pay and settle such losses and damages in full as deemed appropriate by the management.
  23. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services will be provided once daily.
  24. Room Key: Guests will be provided with a room key only upon arrival and after completing the registration at the hotel’s reception desk.
  25. Security Deposit: A security deposit of 70% of the amount is required upon check-in. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check-out, subject to the inspection of the apartment.
  26. Payment for Stay: Full payment for the entire stay is due 3 to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  27. Termination of Stay: The management reserves the right to terminate the stay if guests violate terms and conditions or engage in illegal activities. In case of termination, no refund will be provided for the remaining stay.
  28. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions with reasonable notice.
